The Opportunity
The HR Executive will be responsible for performing various human resources tasks including learning & development, talent acquisition and employer branding. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of HR best practices, good communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description
Learning and Development
- Assist with the design, conduct and organising of employee feedback and focus group sessions to suggest enhancement or improvements to existing practices and processes.
- Assist with the design, conduct and organising of learning and development programmes to improve employee performance and ensure organisational productivity.
- Prepare and analyse HR data/metrics from various sources (including but not limited to employee lifecycle surveys, post-programme feedback) for management review.
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
- Participate in phases of the talent acquisition process such as interviews arrangement, candidate relationship management and conducting new hire orientation as part of onboarding process.
- Assist in efforts for employer branding in approaching internal stakeholders to create compelling contents, including employer brand stories, gather employee testimonials to showcase company culture and values via social media platforms.
About You
- Open to students who are currently pursuing Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration and related fields.
- Able to commit a minimum of 3-6 months.
- Strong interest in Human Resources with a passion for supporting the growth and development of employees within the organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and resourceful in research.
- Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, creative and energetic.
- Self-starter who has an appetite for learning.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
