Deloitte Romania strengthens its management team by promoting Clarisa Boulai to the Director of the Risk Board, Adrian Ifrim Director within the Cyber Risk Advisory department, Andrei Paraschiv Consulting Practice Director, Catalina Ruja Director within the FSI Risk and Regulatory Advisory team, and Diana Fejer joins forces within Reff & Associates | Deloitte Legal, effective September 1, 2022.

With 18 years of experience in internal audit, internal controls and risk management Clarisa Boulai is now a Director in the Risk Advisory practice of Deloitte Romania. She joined Deloitte in January 2007 as a consultant and has been involved in projects involving process improvement and assessment of internal control systems for major retail, manufacturing and telecommunications companies, as well as public sector institutions, and the assessment of the internal audit function for various organizations in the banking and oil and gas industries. She has also acted as an external advisor or auditor for SOX compliant companies. Clarisa is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors and the Information Systems Audit and Control Association, holding the following designations: Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA), Certified Government Auditing Professional (CGAP), Certified Information System Statutory Auditor (CISA).
Adrian Ifrimnewly appointed Director within the Cyber Risk Advisory department of Deloitte Romania, leads the team focused on adversarial simulation and security testing. He joined Deloitte in 2016 and has extensive experience in cybersecurity, being involved in the planning, analysis and implementation of information security programs. At Deloitte, he built from scratch a team specializing in Red Teaming, Thread Intelligence and Penetration Testing assessments for the financial industry. Deloitte’s cybersecurity team is now the only one from Romania invited to participate in the CyDEX19 and NATO Locked Shields cyber exercises. Adrian holds a master’s degree in complex information network security from the Politehnica University of Bucharest and he graduated from the EMBA program of Maastricht School of Management Romania. In addition, he holds several certifications, including Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP), Offensive Security Certified Expert (OSCE), Offensive Security Wireless Professional (OSWP).
Andrei Paraschiv, recently appointed Director of Deloitte Romania Consulting Practice, has over 22 years of experience in management consulting, digital transformation, enterprise architecture, systems integration, project and program management, product development, business process management and enterprise content management. Andrei has provided end-to-end software solutions based on Open Source technologies and consulting related projects (AS-IS assessment of architectural landscape, TO-BE roadmap and IT governance, IT due diligence reports, IT strategy and support in the drafting of tenders and the supplier selection process).
Catalin Ruja, recently appointed Director within the FSI Risk and Regulatory Advisory team of Deloitte Romania, has 14 years of experience in credit risk, quantitative credit risk analysis and modeling – IFRS 9 models (development and validation), including forward-looking macroeconomic adjustment (time series modeling), A-IRB modeling (retail and wholesale portfolios), economic models, capital quantification (e.g. for ICAAP assessment), stress tests (internal methodology and EBA), as well as extensive and in-depth expertise on exercises and methodology ECB AQR, acquired through team participation and coordination in around ten AQR exercises. In recent years, he has worked on the integration of ESG factors and climate change risk with a particular focus on methodological approaches for the development of climate change scenarios.
Diana Fejer is a Partner within the Corporate and M&A practice of Reff & Associates | Deloitte Legal.
