Romania pledges additional financial support to Moldova

Romania is ready to renew the ⬠100 million financial assistance program extended to Moldova, which was not renewed by the pro-Russian government of Ion Chicu last year.

Romanian Foreign Minister Bogdan Aurescu and his Moldovan counterpart Nicu Popescu discussed a new non-refundable assistance agreement in Bucharest on Tuesday, according to Unimedia.info. The new agreement would include the terms of the previous agreement.
